Employees of Carnivore Meat Company® are NOT eligible to participate in this drawing.
Any person currently engaged with Vital Essentials via promotional or marketing agreement (i.e., influencer or sponsor) are NOT eligible to win in this drawing.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The "Vital Essentials Get To Know Your Customers Giveaway" begins on Thursday, October 19, 2023 and runs through Thursday, October 26, 2023. Two (2) retailer winners will be contacted on or after Friday, October 27, 2023 and will receive email communication directly from Vital Essentials to receive the prize. This promotion will be conducted exclusively online.

HOW TO ENTER
Follow the link in the email you received from Vital Essentials that says “TAKE SURVEY.” Follow the steps outlined in the survey. Record and submit your video response to the questions outlined in the survey.
PRIZES
There will be two (2) winners selected. Each winner will receive a Vital Essentials Protein Mix-In Shipper sent directly to their location.
When selected, the winners will be contacted by email.
No substitution of prize is offered (including cash), no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value.
Prizes will be awarded only upon winner verification and final approval by Vital Essentials. If the winner(s) or selected entrant is unable to be contacted within two (2) days after being selected (e.g. drawing date), or is ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner(s) may be selected.
Vital Essentials will ask for a mailing address for shipping purposes only.

The winner selection will take place on October 26, 2023.
The selected winner(s) will be contacted through email.
All decisions made by Vital Essentials management or any promotion sponsor regarding any aspect of this promotion are final.

By entering this Contest, entrant and reseller agree to release and hold harmless Administrator and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, marketing/promotion agencies, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
PROMOTIONAL PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winners’ consent to Administrator's and its agents' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, hometown and state, and/or uploaded photo, slide show, or video for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
If for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, any suspected evidence of tampering or technological corruption or if any portion of the contest is compromised by virus, bugs, worms or unauthorized human intervention, fraud, acts of God, strikes, terrorist acts, criminal acts of third parties, an insufficient number of qualified entries, or any other causes beyond Vital Essentials’ control which, in Vital Essentials' sole opinion, corrupts, threatens or impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the promotion, Vital Essentials reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the drawing at their sole discretion. Vital Essentials reserves the right to change the Contest rules at any time (deadlines, stages, prizes, etc).
To enter the Contest, you also must accept these Terms and Conditions: When you submit your submission online, the Submission will be viewable to Vital Essentials employees and people involved in running the Promotion. Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or any relevant Instagram statistics page or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Promotion Mechanics and Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law in the applicable jurisdiction, and, should such an attempt be made, Administrator reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Administrator's failure to enforce any term of these Promotion Mechanics and Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
